Overview

DealGG (“we”, “us”) is a game-deal comparison site. We do not require an account, and we do not collect personal information that you do not voluntarily provide. This page explains what data passes through the site and how.

Data we process

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for reliability, abuse prevention, and performance monitoring.
• Search queries. When you type in the search bar we pass your query to our backend and to the CheapShark API to return matching games. We do not associate queries with you.
• Click redirects.When you click a store's “Buy” button, the request passes through our site before redirecting to the store. We may record aggregate click counts.

Third-party services

• CheapShark. Game, price, and store data is supplied by the CheapShark API. Queries to their API are governed by their own terms.
• Affiliate programs. Some outbound store links are affiliate links. If you complete a purchase after clicking one, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
• Advertising.We may display ads served by Google AdSense or similar networks. These providers may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site or other sites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit.

Cookies

We do not set our own tracking cookies. Third-party services (such as advertising networks) may set their own. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings and aboutads.info.

Your rights

Because we do not maintain user accounts or personal profiles, there is generally nothing for us to access, export, or delete on your behalf. If you believe we hold data relating to you and wish to make a request, contact us using the details below.
